Your individual well being is the foundation for what your life will look like and how you will experience this wonderful journey called life. It is good to want to feel good. You deserve to feel worthy, feeling happy, strong, and confident. I love helping others to increase their sense of well being, as I know it can bring you so much peace and joy.

Self Esteem / Self Confidence affects how you feel about yourselves , how you interact with others, how worthy you feel, and so much more. If you wished you felt better about yourself, you might consider a therapist to help you to work toward this goal.

Stress, Overwhelm and Anxiety can keep you from feeling at peace and feeling all the things you most desire to feel. There are many ways to work toward the reduction of these feelings.

Being stuck in feeling Depressed can also keep you from living the life you want. And can lead to not functioning in the way you need or want to. I am available to help individuals who are experiencing low - moderate levels of depression.

Grief and Loss are challenging and a part of life that we all will experience at some point in our lives. Having a neutral person to process and truly be heard and understood is helpful. Finding ways to navigate these feelings and find ways to feel better and move forward at the pace that is right for you is important.

Life Transitions and Adjustments are part of life. You may be going through a break up or a divorce. You may be starting college or a new job. You may be entering the empty nest stage. You may be retiring. Finding ways to flow more easily through these challenges can increase your well being.
